Caring for Life education

De Guoluo Tibetaanse autonome prefectuur, een uitgestrekte, afgelegen regio ter grootte van Frankrijk, is het gebied waar ACTAsia een team van dierenartsen onder leiding van dokter Zhou naartoe bracht om de broodnodige veterinaire diensten te verlenen.

Liu Hongjun is leraar op een basisschool in de stad Shiyan in de centraal-Chinese provincie Hubei. Hij is al drie jaar betrokken bij de onderwijsactiviteiten van ACTAsia Earth Day.

Het gebeurt niet elke dag dat een NGO zoals ACTAsia wordt gevraagd om een team dierenartsen op reis te sturen naar een provincie die zo groot is als Frankrijk en waarvoor er speciale hoogtetraining en zuurstofreserves nodig zijn.
